MISSION: Have fun, build a few friendships that last a lifetime and enjoy the beautiful game of football/soccer.

The refs must address the UWPSL simple safety and etiquette rules before the game. The refs follow the ref FIFA rules thru multi-color stripes referee services.

UWPSL is not responsible to find, pay or listen to any complaints for any players, managers and captains after the refs performance, however we will discuss everything during managers and captains meeting.

UWPSL is run and operated by the team managers and captains.  Christopher Ceraso is only HELPING and ensuring we have the facility, players and referees.  He is NOT responsible for anything else, player injuries or safety equipments nor bad refereeing.

UWPSL only have liability to protect the facility.  Full coverage is available through K&K insurance for $5/monthly (prepaid 12 months).  You must purchase it, else it is waived and must have your own personal insurance.

UWPSL simple safety & etiquette rules

  1. After each game, players that scored must text me to let me know their goals, I keep track of MGS (Most Goals Scored).  They will be awarded $500 the end of season 2022.
  2. If your team WIN, the team manager and captain get to pick MVP, MVK, MVD, MVM and MVS.  Must text Christopher Ceraso immediately after the game.
  3. All CASH Rewards are in CONTINGENT with BUY-IN options or (adopt a team advertisements)
  4. Yellow card is 2 minutes and red card 5 minutes penalty, man down.
  5. Be kind and respectful
  6. Good sportsmanship
  7. Shin guards is mandatory.  You can purchase socks and shin guards from me if necessary.  I will have EXTRA at the facility.
  8. No metal cleats allowed
  9. No sliding
  10. No offside
  11. No overly aggression, hard tackled and tackling from behind
  12. No harassment, racism and sexism
  13. No arguing, yelling, screaming or belittling the refs period.  Only respectful and calmly discuss with referee during the half time or after the game
  14. No fighting, automatically suspend for the rest of the session without refund plus $25 fine next session.
  15. NO GANGSTER BEHAVIOR <> Anyone teammates get involved throwing punches, hitting, hurting and damaging other will be stopped and get reported to the police and banned for life from UWPSL.
  16. Do not recruit FULL TIME from other teams, however you may recruit RANDOM players.
    • Any team managers & captains can recruit RANDOM players to play the regular games but playoffs or championships before the 7th game of the session.
  17. Do not pay for any player fee
  18. Do not pay any players to play in any your games
  19. Do not play any players that are not on your FULL TIME list in the playoffs & championships
  20. RANDOM players can play for any teams during regular games (1st 7 games) however not playoffs and championships, only for your team listed under FULL TIME
  21. Everyone must genuinely try to help raise the fee balance and BUY-IN funds through adopt a team advertisements
  22. Only the 1st 10 FULL TIME players get the $5/game special price, all 11 games must be paid upfront, afterward $125/player or RANDOM player is $20/game.  The ref must be paid $20/team INDOOR and $45/team OUTDOOR.
  23. Only 11 players get dressed and ready to play 8v8, 3 subs, 45 minutes halves (INDOOR).  If BOTH teams have ONLY 8-9 players, the game will be 7v7.
  24. Only 14 players get dressed and ready to play 11v11, 3 subs, 45 minutes halves (OUTDOOR).
  25. Each team guaranteed 10-11 total games, 7 regular games 2 playoffs & 1 championships or 1 consolation plus 1 FINALE champions vs Champions or 1 consolation 2nd & 3rd place

  28. DO NOT accept players that is not scheduled on your 11 players roster after everything is all set.
    • WHY?  because if you do, most likely the other teams will be short of players, everything get disorganized and confused
    • FULL TIME – can ONLY play for their original assigned team.  Must RSVP 3 hours before game time or DEADLINE to reserved & secured their spot, else they can’t play if all 11 spots (INDDOR) or 14 spots (OUTDOOR) are filled.
    • RANDOM – can play for any teams during regular games.  They are not qualified to play in the playoffs and championships UNLESS they get recruited to be a RESERVED player on a assigned team by the last of the regular games.
